MAKING A FORTUNE IN QUANTUM COMPUTING STOCKS

10 STOCKS TO WATCH

Ten Quantum Computing Stocks

Quantum computing stocks have the potential to be bigger than the internet and AI. Quantum computing stocks can be divided into two categories — big companies working on quantum computing and small speculative companies.

Big Companies

   Google

Google (GOOG, GOOGL) Quantum AI division is advancing quantum computing through innovations like its 105-qubit Willow chip, which achieved a milestone in quantum supremacy by solving a problem in under five minutes that would take classical supercomputers 10 septillion years. The chip features improved error correction, reducing error rates as qubits increase, which addresses a critical challenge in quantum computing. This breakthrough marks the second milestone in Google’s six step roadmap toward building a practical, error corrected quantum computer. With applications in fields like drug discovery and energy, Google aims to leverage quantum mechanics to solve complex problems beyond the scope of classical systems.

   IBM

IBM (IBM) is a leader in quantum computing, focusing on scalable and high-performance hardware like the IBM Quantum Heron processor and the modular IBM Quantum System Two, which supports multiple processors and future upgrades. It offers powerful software tools such as the Qiskit SDK and Qiskit Runtime to optimize and execute quantum applications efficiently. With a roadmap extended to 2033, IBM aims to advance error correction and expand quantum utility.

   Honeywell

Honeywell (HON) has been a significant player in the quantum computing arena, primarily through its former division Honeywell Quantum Solutions. In 2021, Honeywell Quantum Solutions merged with Cambridge Quantum Computing to form Quantinuum, now recognized as the world’s largest integrated quantum computing company.

Quantinuum utilizes trapped-ion technology in its quantum computers, a method that employs individual charged atoms (ions) to hold quantum information. Honeywell remains a majority stakeholder in Quantinuum and continues to support its advancements in quantum computing.

Contrast With AI

It is well known that The Arora Report was one of the first, if not the first, to come out of the gate and say with 100% conviction that AI is real and a fortune is to be made in AI. This helped members of The Arora Report tremendously. For example, The Arora Report members bought NVDA at an average price of $12.55 just before it took off.

In contrast to AI, which was ready for prime time when The Arora Report made the call in 2022, it is too early for quantum computing. The science has a long way to go.

Nuclear Physicist

As many of you know, The Arora Report founder Nigam Arora is a nuclear physicist and engineer as well as a market veteran.  Nigam is known for objective analysis and prescient calls.

Who better to get the real skinny from regarding investing in quantum computing?

When And How To Buy

Investors need to distinguish between long term strategic investment in quantum computing and short term tactical trades.

There are plenty of opportunities in short term tactical trades from both the long and short sides.

The time for long term strategic investments in quantum computing is not yet ripe. The advances in science are taking place rapidly, but the science is nowhere near where these companies are valued. Most of the rise in quantum computing stocks is due to superhype by pumpers who do not know what quantum computing really is. Pumpers are living in a fantasy land.

Expect many of those who are buying quantum computing stocks right now to become bag holders.

Consider joining ZYX Buy Change Alert and ZYX Short Change Alert. Buy signals are given in ZYX Buy, and short selling signals are given in ZYX Short. For the time being, members can take advantage of opportunities in quantum computing with buy and short sell signals for short term tactical trades. Be patient. In due course in The Arora Report’s paid services, you will see signals for long term investments in quantum computing.
